CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) milling process is the process of cutting material with a cutting tool moving according to a strictly designed path. We can distinguish between 2D CNC milling, where the cutting tool moves in X and Y axes, and 3D CNC milling, where the tool moves smoothly in three axes X, Y and Z. The machining centers we have are equipped with: a 12kV milling spindle, an oscillating knife, a rotary axis, linear drives and an additional vertical table. Linear drives are innovative solutions that allow us to control tools with an ultra-high positioning accuracy of 1 \u03bcm and a measurement resolution of 0.001 \u03bcm The high power of the 12kV milling spindle and the rigidity of the machine, combined with linear drives, enable us to perform highly efficient and precise 2D and 3D machining of various types: non-ferrous metals, plastics, wood and composites, which distinguishes us from the competition by enabling us to execute orders quickly and precisely. <\/p>\n

The oscillating knife is designed for cutting such materials as rubber, cardboard, fabrics, thin plastics, foams, polystyrene, various types of foils, etc.<\/p>\n

The cutting and milling plotters (cutters) we have are equipped with vacuum tables with working areas of 4100mm x 2100mm. and 3100mm x 2100mm. The working area at the disposal of our machining centers and the vacuum clamping system for the materials to be machined allows us to process 2D and 3D materials in all the formats in which they are found on the market. From larger to smaller parts with complex shapes. <\/p>\n

An additional vertical table allows us to process the side edges of the parts being made, such as making holes in the side walls.<\/p>\n
